Rachel Deloach is an associate attorney at Daniels & James, LLC. She was born and raised in Manchester, Georgia. Ms. Deloach obtained her Bachelor’s degree from LaGrange College with a major in Political Science. After graduating from LaGrange College, Ms. Deloach was a civil litigation paralegal for 7 years before deciding to apply to law school. She obtained her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from North Carolina Central University School of Law. During her tenure at law school, she interned for the District of Columbia Attorney General’s Office in their civil division.
Ms. Deloach focuses her practice on representing individuals who have been injured in car and trucking accidents, tractor trailer accidents, nursing home neglect, slip & fall premises cases, and medical malpractice. Her practice includes resolving matters from pre-suit and through all phases of litigation.
Ms. Deloach is a member of The Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA) and Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation (AVLF) where she enjoys volunteering for a variety of legal issues.
